I’ve always been drawn to how deeply relationships shape people—and how painful it can feel when connection breaks down or becomes difficult to repair.

At Confluence Family Therapy, I focus on helping people work through relational conflict and repair patterns that keep them stuck in disconnection. This often shows up in the context of grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, betrayal and infidelity, addiction, identity development, and long-standing relational patterns that are hard to shift on your own.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in mentoring, coaching, and discipleship roles, working with people from over 50 countries. That experience continues to shape how I understand people’s stories, especially the role that culture, context, and life history play in relationships.

In sessions, I have an interactive and trauma-informed approach. I focus on slowing things down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface, and what might need to shift in order to create healthier connection and more stability in relationships.

Since graduating from Denver Seminary's counseling program in 2024, my experiences in counseling have reinforced my belief that healing rarely happens in isolation—our relationships often have the greatest influence on both the challenges we face and the progress we make.

I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals who want to strengthen their relationships and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating conflict, parenting challenges, addiction and recovery, life transitions, or long-standing relational patterns, my goal is to help you better understand one another, develop healthier ways of relating, and move toward the kind of relationships you want to have.

In sessions, I take a collaborative and practical approach that helps clients better understand the thoughts, behaviors, and interaction patterns influencing their relationships. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy (CBFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help individuals, couples, and families build greater awareness, respond to challenges with intention rather than reactivity, and move toward relationships that reflect their shared values and the life they want to create together.
