I’ve always been drawn to how deeply relationships shape people—and how painful it can feel when connection breaks down or becomes difficult to repair.

At Confluence Family Therapy, I focus on helping people work through relational conflict and repair patterns that keep them stuck in disconnection. This often shows up in the context of grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, betrayal and infidelity, addiction, identity development, and long-standing relational patterns that are hard to shift on your own.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked with people from over 50 countries in mentoring, coaching, and discipleship roles. That experience continues to shape how I understand people’s stories, especially the role that culture, context, and life history play in relationships.

In sessions, I take a collaborative and trauma-informed approach. I focus on slowing things down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface, and what might need to shift in order to create healthier connection and more stability in relationships.

Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck—often they know something isn’t working, but aren’t sure why it keeps happening or how to change it.

At Confluence Family Therapy, I work with people who are navigating relational conflict, family tension, anxiety and depression, addiction, trust issues, and major life transitions. Together, we work to better understand the patterns that contribute to conflict, and identify practical ways to move toward healthier relationships and greater personal growth.

My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in everyday life. I believe meaningful change happens when people gain a clearer understanding of themselves, learn to communicate more effectively, and develop new ways of responding to challenges.

My goal is to provide a space where people feel supported, challenged, and equipped with tools they can use beyond the therapy room to strengthen their relationships and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
